Hi! My name is Laura Norby and I am excited to introduce myself! 

 

I completed my post secondary education in Business Marketing & Management at NAIT where I gained the skills, capabilities and confidence to take the leap into opening my first business. Along with my business partner, Amanda Olivari, we were fortunate to own and operate two retail businesses together for over a decade. We created both a physical brick and mortar retail business and an online retail store. To build our brands we did ALL the marketing! - Blogs, print and radio advertising, secured magazine and television features, mail outs, shoeleather marketing and of course engagement across all social media platforms. Throughout this journey it became apparent just how important it was for our business that we focused on and stayed up to date with our social media presence to find new ways to market our business and engage with clients.

Radical Social Media Management was born with this in mind and my entrepreneurial drive fuels me to bring a fresh perspective to any business or organization. I have had the opportunity to work with several companies and entrepreneurs across various industries in consulting, account and brand management, web development and graphic design capacities.

Owning and operating businesses for 19 years I understand that there are many demands on you but the importance of a refined, consistent social media presence cannot be taken for granted.
